    Handlever

    For manual operation, we offer a carbon steel lever with a suitable coating to increase abrasion and impact resistance. Lever in stainless steel on request.


    Manual gearbox with handwheel

    The manual gearbox cover is made of cast iron with a suitable surface finish and IP67 protection rating. Stop screws are used to adjust the end positions of the worm gearboxes. The gearboxes can be equipped with a locking system with padlock security. Worm gearboxes can be (as well as manual levers) be equipped with end position sensors.

    Mentioned torques are valid only for valves with EPDM seats and stainless discs for liquid media. For valve actuation the declared values must be multiplied by 1,2. For NBR seats to be multiplied by 1,4. For gas media or media with abrasive particles use secondary coeffi cient 1,35. For VITON (FPM) seats multiply by 1,4. For specifi c work conditions contact manufacturer to get advise for the actuation.
